Kenneth W. Bleakley

Ken was a founding member of FONEMED LLC in 1996, of FONEMED North America Inc in 1998 and of FONEMED Caribbean Corp in 2009.  He is an international authority on communications and information technology, author and frequent keynote speaker at international events. He is the former President of First Personal Communications Inc and of Comunicaciones Magazine. Previously Ken was President H.W. Bush’s Senior Deputy U.S. Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy. His distinguished career as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer included direction of one of the Government’s largest overseas diplomatic missions and of extensive global programs as well as the presidency of the American Foreign Service Association and awards from the Secretaries of State and of Defense.  Ken resides in Miami with his wife, Jane.
