FONEMED’s nurse triage is an essential component of any case or disease management program. Send all health-related calls to our nurses. The nurses will triage your patients, obtaining any demographic information required by you. We will then submit all caller information and details about the call, including recommended treatment, to you electronically. That information can be imported directly into your system for follow-up by case managers.
